February 22, 2015 - Popped and poured after ~1 hour. Very layered and complex with a finish that comes in waves. Nicely balanced. I was too engrossed in conversation to take detailed notes on the nose or palate but I recall strong notes of guava. Really delicious and drinking well right now.
