  September 27, 2022 - A mature Pauillac by now, still slightly closed, but very fine tannins, quite restrained nose and palate, silky flow and nice secondary and tertiary notes. It somehow does not feel fully singing and has maybe a touch of harshness. Some 1998 did shed this hard character, hopefully this Haut Bages will do in the future. Let's wait a bit and see!

  November 30, 2020 - 3e et dernière bouteille, et celle-ci est exquise.
  Un nez ample mais délicat. Mures, safran, chocola
  La bouche est longue et soyeuse, et de nombreux aromes se dégagent. Se démarquent: bourgeon de cassis et la truffe.

  August 29, 2020 - Enjoyable mature Bordeaux, but nothing really special. All the characteristics are there just not the lift to wow you. Drink up.
