January 2, 2014 - The nose still retains some strawberries, but this is much duller than I remember. The palate is also fairly muted, with some red fruit notes and just a touch of oxydation, tannins are a bit bitter, though discreet. This is past its peak, and I see only decline in its future.

May 25, 2013 - Once again, a very interesting evolution. Nose has raisins component, with just a touch of fresh strawberries. The palate is most definitely powerful, with loads of red fruits upfront. However there is a certain mass in the mid-palate, probably due to the malbec, that is relatively hard to describe as a flavour. The finish has very fine tannins and good acidity that prolongs the fruit flavours a good minute.

August 18, 2012 - Oh, this is impressive upon opening! The rim has paled slightly, but is not yet orange, the centre is a very nice dark ruby. The nose is all strawberries and cream, with just a hint of dried fruits. But where this really shines is on the palate. A core of strawberries transitions very surprisingly to dried figs and ends on notes of dulce de leche. The finish is only medium long but is still satisfying, being supported mostly by acid rather than tannins. This is simply comforting.
