April 26, 2015 - I wanted to love this wine and ended up enjoying it without being blown away. Lots of botryitis fruit and freshness, but I still wanted something to give it a lift. However, lots still to come from this wine, so give it a chance to blossom in bottle before you try again.

Excellent alors. Robe d'or légèrement ambrée, magnifique.

January 5, 2013 - Excellent Dessert wine, really anjoyed it. It is a great wine with well balanced tannins for the age; not too sweat, not too heavy.
vanilla flowers, sugared violets in a buttered bed covered with a watery silk vanilla layed peach. Try it!

January 29, 2012 - At its peak now to my mind. And will probably stay there for a while, but difficult to see how it can get even better than it now is. A lovely fresh mix of fruit and acidity with a hint of botrytis (I think!) at the end to give added complexity. This is a crowd-pleaser and truly delicious.

December 22, 2011 - Honeyed gold, loads of dried orange peel, candied walnut, cigar box and ash. A wee bit cloying but decent acidity, the crowd liked it.
