September 15, 2013 - very calm and mellow after those years in the bottle. an elegant zin ... a bit thinner than i was imagining before opening, but not disappointing.
i knew the alcohol was high but i thought ~14.5, but it is over 15 (i had to look at the label) ... a well crafted Zin and definitely time to drink this one -

February 20, 2013 - Pop and poured. Very nice expression of zin.
Peppery, full mouth taste / feel, long finish.

October 6, 2012 - Tried it at Pappas' Steakhouse Zin tasting. Very balanced, with medium plus acidity. Noticeable spice and liquorice. Drink now through 2014
