    January 1, 2022 - not blind
Everything was perfect but it could be more bubbles. Clear colour, not too much nougat and dried fruits, spicy, lemon fruits, hint of butterscotch and great refreshing acidity. 96

December 18, 2013 - Pours a beautiful clear deep golden. Sweet nose of peach, honey, minerals, walnut, light smoke, mushroom, slight paper. Intense, rich palate of honey coated nuts, chalk, earth, rich pastry, very light carbonation. Amazing.

December 31, 2010 - No more bubbles, taste more like old sherry than old champagne. Bummer!

January 2, 2006 - Still had good acidity and a pleasure to drink. Not the freshness of course, but mellow and still lots of bubbles. An experience, but more for the occasional than as a replacement for fresher champagne.
