January 1, 2022 - My last bottle of this drank with grilled pork. By far the best of three. This wine was exhibiting an elegance that I always hope for in aged Syrah. Drink up.

November 12, 2017 - Cork popped, full decant of an hour and a half - notes similar to last time. With air, this was quite enjoyable though perhaps not especially distinctive.

May 31, 2017 - Popped and poured. Cherry fruit, some funk, heat. Iodine, soy sauce, burnt rubber. The fruit is dominated by the metallic element and didn't enjoy this bottle that much.
