March 8, 2019 - Progressed during the three hours the bottle was open. Held up well, still with firm tannins and plush fruit with a lingering finish. Decent for an hour for best flavor. Drank the rest of the bottle after dinner with delight.

November 23, 2017 - Slow oed x2 hours. Paired w thanksgiving dinner. Not too over the top. Nice red fruits. Big as in Paso style, but not too big. Nice mouthfeel, fine tannins, held up well.

September 1, 2017 - Raspberries, licorice in the nose with hints of floral and earthiness. Plums, blackberries, and raspberries in the flavor with a touch of spice. Medium to full bodied with a very smooth finish.
