October 22, 2011 - Sans Liege: Tasting room pour. Sweet cherry nose with light oak. Bright cherry palate with cherry cola chocolate and a touch of menthol. Light tannic structure and very open and approachable. Decent acidity and med length finish. Poured as part of a vertical of '05-'07 and '09.
