January 28, 2009 - Dark red color, almost Syrah like. Vanilla and sweet flowers fill the nose, also a hint of spicy black licorice. Dark cherry cola with hints of light chocolate. It is well balanced, with pretty good grip and tannins. The finish is medium in length, but very pleasant. The wine coats the entire mouth. A great value and may be able to go another 3+ years.
