November 28, 2010 - A very good sauvignon blanc, crisp and clean, citrus and light fruit, oyster shells. Paired well with chicken, fruit and greens salad.

Paired well w/ crab cakes w/ sliced tomato and broiled asparagus; probably doesn't have sufficient acid to pair w/ a savory-only dish. Be sure to bring acid via the food pairing.

January 24, 2010 - Pale yellow color. Nose of green apple, rubber, slight peach, citrus, and wet stone. Palate has fresh cut grass and lime juice. Overall low in acidity. Flavors lose semblance from midpalate onward.
