Community Tasting Notes 2

July 17, 2021 - Brutally green and undrinkable at first. Softened substantially after a few hours developing pretty sous bois, subtle complex cherry, and interesting spice elements. A level of green remained throughout that kept this from being truely enjoyable. At peak and well developed aside from that, but for my taste couldn't see around it.

February 6, 2010 - Very light and a bit peppery, with little fruit coming through.
