December 27, 2023 - Definitely showing more age—lovely and a bit more honeyed than last time.

November 25, 2021 - Wow - shockingly good - lost in the cellar I gave this a high chance of being oxidized. Fresh - tropical and so youthful - really enjoyed it.

  • speak2dave Does not like this wine:

August 1, 2019 - Dark gold - like a 30 year old Sauternes. No acidity or fruit left. This bottle is way past its peak. Bummer!

July 2, 2019 - Supersuperbottle. Ripe and lean but still with charme and structure. Very balanced, elegant and complex.
    Even better on day two.
What happened? I´m happy and confused at the same time. The former bottles were so disappointing. Still got 2-3 bottles left. Let´s see how the next bottle will Show.

June 22, 2019 - Exactly one year since I tried my previous bottle and I must say that this one was way much better than the previous one. Must have been a flawed bottle.

Still, this wine is low in acidity, but on the contrary of my previous bottle, this wine absolutely still had a lot to offer.
Hints of marzipan, ripe pineapple and yellow fruit. Vanilla and hazlenut (marzipan?).
    Long finish and absolutely fantastic.

Was selfish and poured the rest of the bottle for myself when nobody was watching :-p
