March 1, 2009 - Nat cork. Apparent seepage thru. Ullage ok though. Light but a real golden honey tint in the glass. Floral, violet nose with beeswax and slate, very pretty. More exotic, yellow fruti flavors - pineapple, etc. Amazing acidity cut right through the sweetness which was not overly pronounced. While technically full-bodied it wasnt viscous or cloying at all. Long, long finish. Piercing and delicious, a wonderful bottle.

February 11, 2009 - In der Nase angenehme Balance zwischen einem angehmen und moderaten Petrolton und frischen, beinahe zitrischen Fruchtnoten. Im Mund gut mittleres Volumen, schön frisch, anfangs minimal gasig, gute Frucht, mittlere Süsse und gut integrierte Säure in perfektem Gleichgewicht, leichte mineralische Note, gute Länge. Nicht extrem komplex, aber sehr ausgewogen und einfach lecker. Jung, die frische Frucht kommt noch locker gegen die beginnenden Tertiärnoten an. Ex-Icono, offen. (90/100)
