March 19, 2024 - A big boy here that really needs more time, dark fruit with tannins very present, even after 4 hours it was better but it really needs a couple of yrs to reveal its potential. Just a great wine overall catching it on the way up.

November 9, 2023 - Wow, what a showing for this great wine with superb structure and richness of dark cherry fruit. Intense and powerful and very young but so lifted and fine that it's great now but has decades of life left. Very strong effort for an '07 and easily outshone the '07 Dujac Charmes drunk alongside. 95+

November 29, 2022 - A Burgundy Evening in New York (Union Square Café): Ruby with little clearing. Gorgeous high toned floral and red berry aromas. Substantial concentration for a 2007 but essentially delicate and pure with a fine line of soil underneath. Love the balance here which could carry it another 5+ years. A very distinguished wine for the year.
