April 1, 2017 - Pulled from the cellar, popped and poured. First taste was wonderfully fruity. Over time it opened up and started to get a bit on the bitter side, but that may have been a food issue (peppery steak stir fry). Two days later drank with pasta and it was wonderful. It developed into a dried fruit taste.
