  January 2, 2023 - (pnp)Medium tannin with a little edge but rounded and more velvet with air, supporting dusty dark crushed fruits and nice integration on the nose with a hint of acid raspberry upper palate.

  December 31, 2022 - Still drinking decent. Less fruit and more peat / earth smells. Just a shade of tannins left. Still enjoyable with a good steak, but will fade against a bold sauce or meat. Drink up now!
