June 16, 2022 - At H&C. Very clean, well made, some esters on PnP. Feels slightly sweet on the finish though it’s dry; maybe because the acidity is not that high. Very good quality.

January 23, 2022 - Popped to virtually celebrate Dale's 70th. A bit sweet. Not a ton of bubbles. As we drank it, I actually got a taste I can only describe as french fries! Maybe more like toasted brioche, but it was really kind of a savory/fried kind of thing.

December 31, 2021 - Fresh and somewhat citrusy, but with a sweeter note. The comparison made by another to Golden Delicious apple is appropriate. Feels layered, with a bready underpinning. Still very much tastes like Vouvray, but with bubbles. Delightful.
