July 14, 2010 - Nicely balanced, showing dark cherries and a little plum and a little bit of spice. Sadly, after being accidentally left open overnight, the bottle died miserably and had to be disposed of down a drain rather than my face.

March 26, 2009 - Everything about this wine says restraint. Restraint in the nose (faint fruit and spice); restraint in the fruit on the medium palate; restraint in the overall statement that the wine is making and restraint on the finish. It begs (or the drinker begs) for more, some how some way, even as a plain table wine.... more presence and personality needed here. For what I paid (14.99) I would expect that. Overall and otherwise, a decent wine.
