Community Tasting Notes 1

August 21, 2009 - Light yellow, medium density, medium body. Moderately delicate nose of honey, white flowers, and a tangerine citrus note. Subtle play of flavors on the palate, with an entry of tangy pineapple, pear and honey, some apple spice flavors midway, and ending with tropical notes and lemon. There is good concentration of fruit, better on the ends than in the middle. Low-medium acidity, and a bit of glycerin adds to the weight and gives it a smooth feel. Overall pretty good, and a good value at 12.
