  November 6, 2009 - Very nice light salmon-rosé, almost a warm beige colour. Lively small bubbles. A mouth-watering nose of red berries and fresh fruit. Pleasantly dry mouthfeel with quite well-integrated bubbles. Red and white currants, a mild undercurrant of toast, quite delicious and in my opinion excellent value for money.

  October 30, 2009 - Fresh, dry and acidic. I used to like this. However this bottle tasted a little dull. All toast aromas were gone.

This empasises the straw-fruited nature of the wine, which has quite large vigorous bubbles in a clean, refreshing, rather lighter style. The finish is appetisingly dry.
