October 24, 2010 - Nice dark red color. Deep dried fruit nose. Almost like an Amarone. Palate somewhat thick and viscous with sweet, stewed fruit and a solid acid / tannin backbone.

March 30, 2010 - Rich flavorful chianti. High on tannins, so needs decanting. Nose is strong on tar and tobacoo. Taste is heavy and jammy. I liked it :-).

January 30, 2010 - Moderately dark red color. Nose of earth, forest floor, dark chocolate, some sweetness. Flavor of deep, rich fruit, chocolate, some wood and vanilla. Long palate. Great wine.
