June 11, 2017 - Very nice, ready to drink now. Decanted and poured. Not as good the second night. Made in the big modern CA style, if you like that style you'll like this wine.

May 23, 2012 - Strong smell of fruit with some oxidation; decanted and gave 3h - might have been better off with more time; taste was slightly hot but beautiful blackberry with light vanilla hints. Great bottle of wine!

February 20, 2011 - First 24 hour decant but worked out well. First sip from the bottle was disjointed and "off". Nothing to lose so let it ride for the night. Next night had subtle undertones of oak and cassis - easy finish.
