November 14, 2016 - Found this in cellar. Needs to warm up and open for 45 min. Nose is light , taste still has tropical fruits and light butter. Acid balances sweetness with nice balance. Finish short. Overall surprised how well it held up and enjoyed.

May 29, 2013 - Drank in 2013 and it was still very good. Full bodied w/o being buttery. Nice complexity.

September 23, 2012 - Did not like as well as I remembered. Not as buttery and not as oaky as I like.

July 12, 2012 - Buttery. This wine poured an amber color into the glass. Lemon, some spice, pineapple, pear, and this actually stung the nostrils quite a bit. The initial entry is quite buttery, but that actually died off faster than expected. Graham cracker gave way to apple, then pineapple, lemon, and finished with a slightly oaked well balanced finish. The wine was opened about 45 minutes, and was open for about 20 minutes before serving. This is a classic Cali Chardonnay although I will definitely say that it is more on the buttery side of the spectrum. A butter bomb it is NOT. It went well with the roast and sweet potato accoutrement. It could also stand on its own and do a heck of a job. This wine is ready to drink now, and I'm not really too sure if any more time will add anything to this wine. I'd say drink now, because in another 3 years this one will likely be done.
