March 3, 2024 - Anniversary Dinner at Flemings. Nose of black cherry, mocha, blackberry, cranberry, and roasted Wagyu, same on the palate, big body, very silky, melted milk chocolate texture on the mid palate and finish, delicious tasting Cabernet Sauvignon, at its best so enjoy sooner or during the next 5 years, mouth filling fruit, lovely long, long, flavorful finish and mature delicious aftertaste.
Photo shows sediment coating the bottle from long term/proper storage on its side in my cellar. -
