May 31, 2014 - Rounded out to make a solid Super Tuscan. Goes great with any tomato based food.

November 21, 2012 - Initially pretty tight on the nose and flavors. Opened up with an our of air in the bottle. Very little tannin but has some zest to the flavors.

October 1, 2012 - Light on fruit but would be a good food wine. Best with a tomato based pasta sauce.

July 23, 2011 - Very dark, nearly black. Tannins smooth and ripe. Pepper aroma and taste clearly present, along with cherry and berries (argument going on whether balck or red berries). Good balance. Went well with savoury pasta bolognese dish.

February 3, 2011 - Aromas and flavors of red berries, leather, and some earthiness. Very smooth on the palate, medium body with smooth tannins. Gains intensity on the palate with more air. ($30)
