November 25, 2022 - Pop and pour. Wow. Just wow. Intense meyer lemon, smoke, almond, jamon iberico. On the palate: fantastic acidity, marzipan, lemon peel, white pepper, smoke. Absolutely stunning.

November 28, 2020 - My best bottle so far, with none of the oxidation present in some previous bottles. On the nose: soft lemon, honey, a touch of oatmeal. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon and apple, honey with a distinc mineral core, and a soft smoky character. Fantastic showing.

July 7, 2020 - Yum. Even better than my last bottle. On the nose: oatmeal, tangerine, slightly oxidized meyer lemon, honey. On the palate, solid acidity, fantastic depth and palate presence. Good banana, oatmeal and then the acidity kicks in. Some soft white pepper on the finish.

June 12, 2020 - Swoon. I had low expectations, but this bottle is singing. Paired with lasagna bolognese, and this played so well with the bechamel sauce. On the nose: lemon, a touch of oatmeal and honey, tangerine, tarragon. On the palate, lovely acidity, tangerine, tangerine pith, wet stone, a touch of ash (like in morbier)...so mouthfilling and dense..lovely viscosity and some good acid on the finish. A lovely, completely mature white burgundy.

January 26, 2020 - Fabulous mature burgundy with tension and body. Creamy and crispy ! Real treat to drink . A point ! But many years left.
