May 28, 2009 - NSMFOW May '09--Sparkling Wines, Summer Quaffers, Roses, and Light Reds (The Grapevine, Salem, MA): Similar to my previous note: Ruby color. Nose of dark fruits, some green pepper, some earth. Palate of decent dark fruits and tart cherry, spice, earth and brisk tannins. Great light food wine or with cheese.
