December 28, 2013 - like aged Meursault, gold color, honey and vanilla with buttery consistency

August 12, 2013 - Some debate occurred around the table as to whether this was oxidizing or note. There is some bronzing in the wine's color but lighter bronze, I guess is more accurate. Yellow apple and lemon brulee, with a brown note in the core of the wine. A bit Sauternes-like so would suggest a chill and then drink soon, as there is some acid left here to still keep it alive.

November 7, 2009 - Dark straw color. Nose of lemon curd, toasted brioche, and a whiff of petrol. Rich taste of citrus fruit, some butterscotch in the midpalate and a faint mineral edge. This wine doesn't have quite as much acid as other Arcadian Chards I've had but overall a balanced wine with a lenghty finish.
