  January 18, 2015 - Another past its' prime bottle from my cellar and one of the reasons I joined Cellar Tracker. I'imagine this was VG at its' prime. I got nice cedar notes on the nose at first but no levels of structure came through even after decanting for over an hour. An interesting citrus note seemed to develop in the finish after awhile but that doesn't seem right. Tannins are completely gone except for the possible citrus note mentioned. Another live and learn re. New world wine longevity.

  October 24, 2009 - Still lots of acidity, which was a surprise. I would hold for a few years if it's been temp controlled. Post- a decant, it's apparent this is quality juice, but there wasn't anything memorable. Lacks identity. There are so many great wines out there, this is certainly not worth over $20-25.

  October 9, 2009 - 90-91. Wow, this bottle was soo much better. More bordeaux like and not over oaked like the other bottle, which may have been off. Nice complexity and balance. Very good in fact.
