  January 20, 2018 - NIcely aged fruity Zin with low tannins and a full mouthfeel. Like inviting an old friend for dinner. Beautiful color.

  November 20, 2009 - pretty bad, sarah suspects that this bottle has turned a little "eau du vinegar", i think it might just be bad wine. we do not recommend, but it did make delicious sangria with rapid application of the emergency/non-emergency sangria kit (footnote rutt.

  A) Not yet ready to be opened. (Needs a few years.)
  B) Needs to be decanted for awhile.
  C) Not a good year.
  D) Or my pallet has advanced since I last tried an Old Moon.
  
  Wife says it's "bricky and mild. Seems to lack complexity but drinkable. Not necessarily to be savored, but drinkable enough to get you drunk."
  
  I think it's a little tart, or bitter, or tannin-y. I'm not sure what that taste is I'm getting, but it's not fruity or full or spicy.
