January 25, 2014 - 4th Saturday Annual Champagne Event (Sue & Mike's): Lemon, citrus, apple and stone aromas. Flavors of mineral, chalk, apple and pear. Finishes well with nice length and balance.

November 9, 2012 - Exceptional aged champagne. Initial fruitiness (apple and a hint of pear) gives way to a toasty/yeasty mid-palate and a sweet finish almost of honey. Wonderfully complex, with small beads that fade somewhat rapidly.
