  February 25, 2010 - Light, semi-clean with tart acidity. Not a lot of fruit components, and must say it tastes slightly "off" - perhaps it was the extreme tartness/grapefruit component - kind of bitter.

  November 5, 2009 - Appearance: Pale yellow with silvery tints. low color intensity, medium - viscosity
  Nose: Pomelo, lime, hay, asparagus and gooseberry
  Palate: Citrus- pomelo, lime, with grassy notes
  Conclusion: a crisp, light white with very nice balanced acidity and aromatics. Approachable and ready to drink.

  September 27, 2009 - Mild, drinkable. Lacked the degree of acidity, freshness, and citrus tastes I usually expect in a Sauvignon Blanc. Unremarkable.
