February 20, 2011 - Popped and poured, followed over two nights. Quiet nose, hints of soft cherry and clove/herbs. Soft and delicate red fruit with red raspberry tones. Carried by the acidity that adds a hint of tartness. Fades in the middle, but red fruit and spicy notes join fine tannins on relatively short finish.
