May 14, 2020 - This has matured into a very pretty Gevrey with reserved, earthy, dark red fruit, perhaps the slightest bit muddy, but otherwise quite nice and drinking beautifully almost immediately after opening. Sadly, my last bottle.

January 17, 2019 - Another '07 that is drinking remarkably well. Bright with black fruit and meaty spice throughout. Cleary 1er concentration and pedigree. I enjoyed the forward, fleshy fruit and layering. Fun and interesting.

January 17, 2019 - Post Tasting Wine Dinner (Brasserie Margeaux - Chicago IL): Bright black cherry and berry with roasted meat. Still very fresh and vibrant with a long, lively finish.

March 31, 2017 - Quite nice tonight, but not what I remembered. There's still the earth, red fruit, sous bois and violets, but overall, the mouthfeel was abit on the flat side. Perhaps an off bottle. I have one left, hopefully that one will be better.

April 7, 2016 - Justerini & Brooks tasting at Drake & Morgan (Drake & Morgan): Much riper and more voluptuously fruit-led than the Latricieres Chambertin GC Remy 2007 which followed.
