July 22, 2014 - A wonderful surprise from a long forgotten bottle. Unctuous, with a bit of a mineral streak. Oak long gone. In contrast to what I imagine this was like when a youngster, this is now elegant, and burgundy like.

December 24, 2005 - At Prime 112 w Selma & Ernie Specarelli. Quite good and not over the hill as suggested by Parker. Good fruit, soft buttery palate from the oak. A well done quite good Red Shoulder Ranch.

June 12, 2005 - Fading slightly but still a very pleasant mouthful of wine. Citrus and floral accents with a little hint of cleaning fluid. Sweet on the palate with good acidity and lilting fruit. More bracing on the first day and softened even more by the second. Drink these now.
