February 3, 2024 - Just a taste, but this was gorgeous and in a perfect place for drinking. Seductive dried florals, sous-bois nose with pure evolved red fruits and beautifully integrated acidic thrust on the palate. Thanks David!

September 14, 2023 - See 11/18/21 note. Oddly, this bottle showed a bit more acidity than the previous bottle. Good Burg value (oxymoron?).

November 18, 2021 - Agree with Nandas 2018 note, though did not find any stemminess. Representative Chambolle without the preferred acidity.

October 11, 2018 - Pop n' pour. I am really digging '07 Burgundy right now. The nose here was so captivating and deep -- punched way above its Village level -- loads of whole cluster and spice that is well integrated with berry and cherry. Good concentration on the palate with more, fun and delicious stemmy, savory spice. Terrific suave and long finish.

February 8, 2016 - Very primary nose of blackberry and raspberry. Underlying spice note of cardamom - medium to rich intensity. On taste rich flavors of blackberry and mineral with a long finish. Full of tannins but approachable. Probably needs twenty years to come to full potential but has its merits now.
