August 6, 2014 - After considerable coaxing, there were red fruits and florals. Elegantly weighted medium palate, with spice and minerals. Prominent acids lead to a burst on the finish. On day 2, the palate still seemed a little tart. Day 3, it showed the best - red fruits and acids just settling.
