April 5, 2021 - This seems to be in a lovely spot right now. The nose shows vibrant but nuanced cherry and strawberry fruit, with a host of spicy red pepper, rose petal and morel mushrooms. Zippy acidity on the palate, a fine dusty tannic frame. Sour cherry and mulled raspberry fruit mixes with lovely notes of oregano, dried rose petal, black pepper, chestnut and sage. Opens nicely over the course of the evening to show more nuance and spice but had faded quite a bit the next day. Seems like a solid time to drink these.

September 18, 2017 - Last bottle. Drinking at peak. It was a lovely village GC.

March 12, 2014 - S FL WS Group Welcomes VinT (Chez JC & FKG, Hollywood, FL): Mostly cherry fruit, light to medium body and medium acidity with some earth and coffee notes on the finish.

August 20, 2011 - This was opened, decanted and sat for about and hour and a half before I got to taste it. Aromas of kirsch, Gevrey animale, earth with a little bit of coffee and spice and just a slight touch of an herbal-thyme note. Actually quite a bit more tart on the palate than anticipated with tart red cherries and lots of acidity. Medium-bodied with a smooth and polished texture yet still having some structure from some tannins and the acidity. Undoubtedly would have been better with food. But it shows good concentration and good length for a village and will likely improve with a few years of bottle age.
