  October 21, 2022 - Initially strongly reductive but a vigorous decant moves the sulfurous notes to the background... mostly. This is quite delicious and in a solid place for current enjoyment with soft tannins, but the reduction is a bit of a bother. That said, after hours of air this began to show the royal stink of Burgundy, and a lovely texture to boot, so I am convinced better things are still ahead. Based on the showing, I will hold for another 2-3 years.

  October 2, 2022 - First reaction, classic Chambolle. Elegant red fruited nose and sexy characteristics. After second glass was between Vosne and Chambolle. Couldn’t have been more completely off. This is a really sexy wine and think the vintage helps with that. Drinking really well now and probably will hold for a while as well.

  October 1, 2022 - A small birthday dinner: My contribution. Surpassed my expectations as I was expecting a muscular wine from the maker and plot, but think the vintage really helped to balance this out. A little light but in no way dilute, fresh pure raspberry fruit with a little earth thrown in. Haven't had many 2007s but Idefinitely see the similarities to 2017s, even though I feel that '17s have more substance. Loved this wine.

  January 20, 2022 - What a nose! Such a deep intense nose of forest floor, earthy, mushrooms but still lots of raspberries, cherries. Lovely smooth tannins, still great acidity with lovely fruits, nice savouriness and earthy yumminess. A lovely finish with a bright sweet raspberry lingering tang. Delicious

  July 9, 2021 - Doftar initialt rätt murkigt med stall, jordgubbar, körsbär och mycket jordiga toner. Känns mer som en morgon än NSG till en början. Med lite tid lättar den något och den blir mer kryddig och lite ljusare när kommer fram.
  
  I munnen är den förvånansvärt mogen med mosade jordgubbar, svamp, sous bois, torkat te. Efter en timme i glaset kommer elegansen fram mer och den är helt silkeslen i munnen.
  
  Förvånansvärt mogen och känns som att man ska snegla på övriga 07 bgn i källaren nu.
