March 24, 2009 - The straw coloured Andrew Peace Chardonnay had aromas of honey, tropical fruit and 馬蹄(a type of chinese vegetable). In the mouth, there was honey and 馬蹄. The wine was rather light, watery and somehow disappear in the mouth. In addition, the alcohol level was a little off balance. The finish was short to medium.
Again, the wine is not rated due to the limited experience with white wine. However, I am sure that I would not recommend it.
