July 13, 2019 - Mature wine that's still very drinkable. Probably peaked a decade ago but not bad at all.
Nose was barnyard, earth and leather, palate was all secondary flavors and finish was decent. -

October 6, 2012 - CT Offline WI Take 2: Judgement of Madison(Paris) Tasting & BYOB Dinner (Madison, WI): Very youthful in color with a dark ruby core.
Great mature nose on this wine. Meaty, barnyard funk with hints of smoke and red berries.
Smoked brisket, berries and caramel on the palate. Shortish finish. Overall a nice wine.
