November 30, 2017 - Dark cherry immediately after opening on the nose and palate, with mild spice showing from entry and building through the finish. Pomegranate came into the mix within 10 minutes. Decanted for powdery sediment. Nicely resolved of tannin, with sufficient acid to enhance sharp cheeses. Not very complex, just delicious.
