December 14, 2014 - Opened for 1 hour and served @ 63 F. in Riedel Burgundy Vinum Stems. Dense and very extracted .. nice hearbaceous cherries and sage, very fruit forward New World style, medium plus bodied, medium acid good balance ...... This wine took 3 hours to reach it's potential. The last glass was what I would base this note on.. Outstanding

December 15, 2012 - Nose is amazing, mostly forest floor, a hint of red fruit, very earthy. Bright red fruit on the palate but with that dirty component. Nice balance. Could be closed a bit so I am going to wait on my next bottle.
