March 21, 2022 - Very nice, interesting, well made. Wish a little less alcohol but that comes with this territory. Tannins still very present. Good acidity, touch of roundness/sweetness, lemon-like bitterness. Nose developed, still much fruit but also secondary characteristics. Big wine, goes well with bigger food: had it with a veggie ragu of beans and lentils.

October 9, 2021 - Soft dark berry and wet earth nose. Plum and dark berry fruit, soft tannins and modest acidity well integrated and lengthy finish.

August 9, 2021 - Drinking very well. Needs about an hour to open. The Petit Verdot punches through with a delicious note. Paired well with grilled salmon and a spicy Asian style noodle dish.
