April 22, 2009 - This was a really interesting wine. Initially forward with it's flavor profile, this turned more subtle and floral the longer it was open. I didn't keep notes, but this was very, very good, not good enough from a QPR standpoint though. The oak was strong with this wine but with layers of fruit and acid in both nose and palate. Great balance and finish. The acidity is delicate but really nice.
