October 5, 2015 - Bronze center, yellow rim.
Brandied yellow plum and apple nose, hints of rancio, a little mint, spicy, some caramel.
Smooth, caramelized apples, butter, good acidity and tannin, a little herby (chervil), lemons, good acidity and tannin, great length of roasted apples.
Great Calvados, mature and ripe apple.
