April 4, 2009 - Mid-depth gold tone, clear. Aromatic nose, dried pineapple, honey, and white flowers. Medium plus acid, medium body, slightly slippery mouth feel. Pineapple, honey and grapefruit flavors well concentrated and forward. A touch of sweetness on the mid palate, finishes quick and dry on the grapefruit tartness. An easy drinking wine but not very complex and is upfront with its flavors. Importer rated at 0-3 years suggested aging, 13% alcohol.
