October 8, 2021 - This is absolutely delicious. Pale ruby color. Bright and strawberry fruited supported by loads of stones and minerals. Light bodied with a luscious and silky feel. Great purity. Excellent from start to finish. I am a big fan of this producer and unfortunately have not seen recent bottlings in the market. Fair pricing, pure and classic wines. A nice combination. November 23, 2020 - What a lovely bottle. Light cherry red with some orange. Mature looking. The nose pops with bright cherry and cassis fruit with earthy undertones. The fruit is also at the forefront of the mature, silky palate. A perfect time to drink. I need to stand up additional bottles as I can’t see it improving. A winner. This is very well done, under the radar premier cru Nuits. (92)

May 16, 2016 - Light ruby core with an orange tint- rim has a distinct orange coloring. Looks very mature for a nine year old wine. Nose is youthful and fruit driven - in stark contrast to the color. Palate is velvety - again good fruit and full of life. But the wine feels mature in the mouth - has lovely weight. This is delicious. A baby Leroy in style. (92)

March 5, 2011 - Light ruby color. Pale rim and kind of electric. Beautiful, sweet fruit with a nice mineral streak. This is exuberant and hinting to richness. Delivers a sweet, round palate with pretty good concentration. Not complex at this point, but really fun to drink. Will be interesting to follow over the years. I like it. An underrated producer in my opinion based on a number of recent samples. (91+)
