There's sweet raspberry fruit on the nose with some beetroot and a fresh, almost minty lift. It's fairly direct on the attack, but quickly falls away to weediness. -

April 12, 2009 - barnyard funk on the nose. good ripe red fruits on the palate. tasted this next to a bernard morey bottle from the same vineyard. this has much more body, but a little less complexity. the finish is good. excellent and really enjoyable wine.
